Actinic keratoses

Precursors of squamous cell carcinomas. They show up as a rough, localized thickening on the skin's surface. Some go on to develop into a carcinoma.


Actinic lentigo or lentigines

Small, flat, irregularly-shaped brown spots often found at the top of the back following sunburn or repeated UV exposure.
